10% down day of auction, balance upon closing on or before March 5th 2012. Possession upon closing. Taxes for 2011 will be paid by seller. Taxes for 2012 to be paid by the buyer. This is a 40 acre tract less a home site which will be surveyed. The home, building & site of 3 acres more or less will be offered for sale at a later date.
